Dr. Debi O’Hearn, DNP, MSN, MSMK, RN is a respected nurse educator, faculty leader, and curriculum innovator who brings more than 20 years of combined experience in clinical nursing and nursing education.

With her diverse background and advanced credentials, Dr. Debi deeply understands the realities, challenges, and opportunities facing today’s academic nursing environment. She has designed and managed both open-source and higher-education nursing curricula that strengthen student outcomes and advance professional practice across educational settings.

Dr. Debi’s passion is empowering nurse educators to teach with confidence and creativity by developing and sharing teaching resources that reduce lecture preparation time and increase student engagement.

Her work focuses on three key areas:
